Martin Guitar Truss Rod Adjustment After String Gauge Change

 

I restrung my Martin acoustic guitar and the gauge that I used this time is different from the previous string gauge that was installed.  This video answers if there is a need to adjust truss rod after changing strings with a different gauge from the previously installed set.

Martin 000RSGT Acoustic Guitar strung with Straight Up Strings Demo

 

Here is a simple demo of my Martin Road Series 000RSGT acoustic guitar which I recently strung with Straight Up Strings Phosphor Bronze light. I showed the parts and specification of this guitar before I played it to hear the tone coming from this acoustic guitar.  I also played the guitar using the Black Mountain Pick which I made a demo review in my previous video.

Black Mountain Pick Demo and Comparison with Dunlop Thumb Pick and Flat Pick

 

Introducing the Black Mountain Pick. This pick is hybrid pick which is combination of thumb pick and flat pick. It has spring enabling to be used by any different thumb sizes.   I compared this Black Mountain pick with two guitar picks, Dunlop thumb pick and flat pick.  Watch my demo to see the similarities and differences.

KNA AP-2 vs UP-2 Pickups by Kremona - Comparison and Demo on Acoustic Guitar

 

In this video, I made a comparison between the two passive pickups by KNA / Kremona. The pickup that I compared are KNA AP-2 and KNA UP-2 pickups. Both pickups have volume control unlike the other models like UP-1 and AP-1.  Watch the video to hear the tone for these pickups and be the judge if you hear any difference.

KNA UP-2 Guitar Pickup by Kremona Unboxing Demo Review | Edwin-E

 

Here is my unboxing and demo test of KNA UP-2 acoustic guitar pickup by Kremona. I attached this one using my Banevides acoustic guitar and connected the pickup to Zoom Q8 video camera microphone input. This KNA UP-2 pickup is a passive pickup which means it does not need battery.  Unlike the KNA UP-1, this model has volume control.
