Tuwing Umuulan at Kapiling Ka (Basil Valdez) Fingerstyle Guitar Cover

Here is another classic OPM fingerstyle arrangement of the song by Basil Valdez entitled, Tuwing Umuulan at Kapiling Ka.  This song was also covered and popularized by some Filipino singers such as Regine Valasquez, Noel Cabangon, Eraserheads, and among others.
