Takamine EG340SC Acoustic Electric Guitar Review and Demo

This is another Takamine acoustic electric guitar that I played and reviewed in YouTube.  The model is EG340SC acoustic electric guitar.  This is a part of G-series model.  It has TP-4T Preamp with built-in tuner.  I played the guitar and recorded using external microphone as well as recorded using electronics output from the guitar.  Checkout the tone between these two recordings. The strings I used on this guitar was Straight Up Strings by Siminoff Phosphor Bronze medium gauge set.

Audio-Technica AT2020 Condenser Microphone Unboxing and Test Demo

This time I showed my new XLR microphone, the Audio-Technica AT2020 Condenser Mic.  I unboxed, installed and tried this microphone in this video.  I connected this mic to Zoom Q8 video camera XLR input.  Watch the video and hear the difference between my acoustic guitar recordings using standard XY mic of Zoom Q8 and Audio-Technica AT2020.  Thanks.

A review of Walden Nature D550 acoustic guitar.  This guitar has solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, rosewood bridge and fingerboard.  I replaced the plastic saddle and nut with bone material.  This guitar was restrung with Martin M175 80/20 Bronze custom light gauge.

This is a review and demo of Benavides Southern Heritage 13S acoustic guitar.  This guitar was handcrafted in Northland, New Zealand.  This guitar has solid Sapele body with Puriri bridge and fingerboard.  Here the sound of this guitar and you will be amazed.

Open Arms (Journey) Fingerstyle Guitar Cover

I played here Open Arms by Journey.  I played the first part without capo and the second part with capo on the 2nd fret.  The whole song can be played with or without capo but I showed both to see variation in chord progression while maintaining the pitch.

The guitar I used in this video was Epiphone AJ220S and used CAD GXL2200 condenser mic in addition to Zoom Q8 XY microphone for recording audio.  Check it  out.

Morris F-18 Acoustic Guitar Review Demo

This video is about my Morris F-18 acoustic guitar demo and review.  This guitar has small body, OOO or OM shape acoustic guitar.  This guitar was made in Japan in 1970's but by just looking at it, you can't really say this is old.  It is neat and hardly any scratches and dents.  The neck is straight and no fret wear.  The sound is great but a small bodied guitar.  I restrung the guitar with Martin M175 80/20 Bronze custom light gauge strings set.  Check out the video to hear the sound of this guitar.
